The City Of Broken Arrow Is Requiring Its Customers To Eliminate
All Outdoor Watering Immediately And Is Strongly Encouraging
Limited Use Of Water Indoors. This Also Applies To Businesses
And Homeowners With Outdoor Automatic Irrigation Systems.

Ahhh excuse me? Last time I checked this was an Oklahoma Incidents Breaking news catagory. When I receive a Civil Emergency Message across my weather radio, don't you think that's classified as an incident? Thanks...
