Been listening to this system since I found it Friday morning, be advised it's a DMR System. You will need a tapped scanner or a SDR.
I'm running it threw DSD+, and when there is voice it sounds good, and the data is great to watch also, DSD+ has a program with it called LRRP, and it shows where the trucks are, and what ever else that has GPS.

These are the frequencies I'm listening to.

152.36000
152.39750
153.39500
158.16000

Lots of voice traffic today, and location data also.

I'm getting great decode off of 2 repeaters closes to me, Owingsville (152.36000), & Frenchburg (152.39750).

They have stopped broadcasting LRRP traffic, it's all voice, and data.
The last time I saw LRRP traffic was Tuesday morning. (2-10-2015)

I think I may have discovered something, I have discovered 1 frequency with no LRRP data, and 1 with, they are both in the same town.

152.39750 LRRP Data
153.39500 No LRRP Data, Voice, and Data Burst.

Got a couple of screen shots from the frequency 152.397.500 , I'm using 2 SDR's in different computers, this frequency seems to be data only.
