CLMRN New Discovery TGID

I use Troop D simulcast for Conn State Police and while doing Discovery Trunk I got 2 new TGID's: 20903 and 20911. Does anyone receive these 2 TGID's and know where they are located? They don't transmit often so I still try to get an idea as to what service they are on.

20911 is Plainfield PD. I put it in the DB on 10/31.
