Those frequencies are in the 10-meter Amateur Radio band. My guess is you might be hearing RTTY, FT4, FT8, or other ham radio modes. I wonder if Close Call would trigger on a CW signal?

Hearing static of some sort, nothing else. TNKS

Might help if you provided an audio sample. Have you ruled out sources of RFI wherever you're listening?

There is just a static like sound. Never heard it several years of scanning. No idea about RFI, nothing new nearby.
