I have 50 feet of RG-11 will they be any benefit by buying LMR-400 in the 800 mhz for as loss

LMR-400 would be about 10% more signal from the antenna to the coaxial cable, and probably not noticeable for most users.

I'd take a close look at buying and installing appropriate connectors for the RG-11. Easy enough to get type F connectors. You can get other kinds of connectors to match antennas/radios, but they are a bit harder to find and harder to install.

If that RG-11 has been installed for many years, consider it a possible lost cause unless it was very well protected and waterproofed.

LMR-400 with the correct connectors to match your need might cost more, but might also make life much easier.

Yes, but they must be different bands and you need to use an appropriate diplexer. Or, you have to do some really complex stuff with phasing harnesses and it's limited to one band.

Usually easier and sometimes cheaper to just run two separate runs of cable.
