CODAR in Missouri?

I was listening to my SDR on 13.475MHz tonight and heard what seems and looks on the waterfall to be a CODAR wave, but isn't CODAR ocean related, getting info about the speed and size of waves? Why would I hear this in the middle of this land locked state so far away from any ocean? If it's not CODAR what could it be?Screenshot 2024-07-24 232714.png

Yup, I was told it's codar too. I picked up some strange signals 40 miles south of Ft. lenoardwood.
