This document is apparently still online as of 22 Aug 2009 - the link is still at the bottom of their dispatch center page - pdf and ?doc

I see that MT Fed column had found this item a week before I did

You've been making some great finds here lately. When I have a little time I try to search for fire management plans and coop agreements that will often contain information like this, but have been coming up empty handed more frequently, even considering the "non-classified but sensitive" nature of this type of information.

If you look at the website of the dispatch center for the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest, they have the Forest's radio user guide posted and have continued to do so throughout the withdrawal of RF information from public view.

I suspect that there is exactly one person in Washington DC who is charge of deleting all the radio freqs and fire station locations from the Internet. I dont know why he/she works so hard. Peter Sz

For the FS A/G freqs....will this be the same nationwide....or is this strictly for the included area on the field guide.

ie. is 168.3125 the freq. nationwide? What about the A2G G channel and H channel?

I have never seen any documents that leads me to believe those air to ground freqs are nationwide. They might be regionwide (ie - west of the Mississippi). But that is just a guess. Many of those air to ground freqs are new in the last couple of years. Historically there were only 4 FM air to ground and 4 FM air to air freqs for the federal wildfire agencies IIRC. Maybe ExSmokey can elaborate. Peter Sz
