Here are some pictures of the Comanche County, OK EOC trailer and the newly painted Sheriff's mobile command truck. Also, pictures of their vehicles and the Lawton police department cars too. The photo of the man in a cowboy hat with a phone to his ear is the sheriff. Extremely nice guy who actually stayed out there from 8am saturday morning until sometime Sunday afternoon.

If you look closely at the Sheriff's truck you will notice it doesn't have windshield wipers. The truck came out of the paint shop the day before the event.

These pictures were taken in Lawton, OK during the Boy Scouts Centennial Camporee this last weekend. Quite a few pictures, so I will put it in two posts.

For some reason I didn't take pics of his truck. I think I just never got around to it. He had a couple of radio's, a scanner, and a laptop with a weather station setup. No lights or anything like that though. His equipment was nice, and the install was done good, but I think it was a bit cluttered for my tastes.

No sir. I really didn't bother with photos on the rest of the trailer because it was a just a normal RV style trailer. I did mean to get a picture of the tuner in the back and the entry points of the coax, but never got to it. Facing the back, bathroom on the right, two bunk style beds on the left. Where the couch was up to the front almost the whole side slides out as you can see in the outside pics. The couch folds down and two small people or an adult and child can sleep comfortably there. The table also comes and the seats can be converted into a bed for one adult or two children. All in all, you could sleep 4 or 5 adults, if a couple didn't mind getting to know each other throughout the night.

What!? No Glock stickers? Pfffft...I wouldn't have even bothered taking pictures. :)

Thanks for sharing those pics. I wonder if that CCEM trailer is one of the FEMA trailers that various EM agencies had the opportunity to ask for a while back.
