The attached zip file contains my ARC396 "mem" file of the combat air patrol freqs currently being used in the DC/Maryland area. Also in the zip file is an Excel chart of the freqs monitored over Thanksgiving when VIPs were at Camp David. I think that the mem can also be used by the 996.

yes, it can be imported with ARC996.
