My question is I listen to my PRo-96 using a RS house antenna. When I listen to Concord PD P25 on a freq. of 155.6250 I seem to pick up a freq. in Maine. 155.6250 freq. is in York Maine. I can't seem to find a PL code for Concord PD if there is one. Can someone help with this problem I would greatly appreciate it.:p

Concord PD, like most in NH, is digital so there is no PL. I don't know if the Pro 96 offers either digital only or PL lock out, but those are two options if it does have those features.

155.625 PL 192.8 is Cumberland County Maine Sheriff, i can pick that up in that sometimes, its Called tropospheric ducting, or Dx for short, which means in good conditions you can pick up stuff you wouldn't Normaly. On the Lowell Police Freq 482.4125, once i picked up Cranston RI Police. Its interesting what you can pick up if you Try. For your area, you can check most signals in New England with teh RR Database or the Scan Cape Cod/Mass Confirmed Loggins Page (http://www.scancapecod.us/loggings/search.html) Thes can be very helpful when you try to pick up stuff far away

Deal with is, there is no way on the P25 Freqs that will block it out....take it and run with it, its fun to see how far you cam get. Down here i deal with it comming from all angles, on alot of the NH VHF Stuff i listen too i get skip from Rhode Island, Maine and other NH Departments. It can get exciting sometimes

I have been listening for about two months now and I think it will last forever. I have my house antenna mounted on the side of my apartment facing Maine and I think that is why I can hear it all of the time. And sometimes I think it overpowers Concord PD.

You can try turning on the attenuator for that channel to see if that blocks the signal. That may also affect the Concord frequency depending on the signal strength in your area.
