Unfortunately, I haven't caught this Frequency live yet. None of the other recordings do this.
BCT15X: Confused over audio that goes in and out on what seems to be a consistent interval.

Scroll to the desired delay time (-10, -5, -2, 0, 1, 2, 5, 10, or 30 secs.) and press E/● to save and exit.
maybe delay is set to negative 2 ?
i have not used it on any radio, so i am not familiar with the audio output.
i just tried it, and it sure is close to it, if no priority setting i on.

Looks like you have Highway Patrol active indicated by the HP at the bottom of your display. Press the HP button with the bear paw next to it until HP disappears from the display.
