In Indiana, Bob Burns, AK9R, received 625 votes, and incumbent Section Manager Jimmy Merry, KC9RPX, received 344 votes.
Burns, a resident of Brownsville, will begin his 2-year term on July 1. Merry, a resident of Ellettsville, has served as SM for the past 4 years.

One small nit, I live in Brownsburg, not Brownsville.

Big bucks? I don't think so. I understand that ARRL Section Managers do have a small budget to use for various expenses. I'll be learning how that works in the coming weeks.

"Campaign executed with precision"? I think maybe the voters just decided that one candidate was better than the other.

Kudos to @MtnBiker2005 for scraping the web to find some obscure web links. ;) The AK9R.info site was the only one that I mentioned publicly.
