I finally did what I hoped soeone else would have done. I finally think I have I have determined the righjt plans for Control Channel scanning the LSP in Louisiana. I think that the Plans are:

Wow! I didn't know that they used so many plans. I am glad that the 246T does not require a plan to be entered for control channel only trunking.

As for as i know everything on this site is correct. But, just in case put all of the control channels in.

One quick question I have never understood: Do you program the talkarounds as Mot trunked or simply as CT (for pro-96)? I can't seem to get the talkarounds to work for me.

The Talkarounds are conventional frequencies. You really need to be pretty close to hear them and they are not used that much.
