Copperas Cove's EDACS system

The city of Copperas Cove has gone all out on this system. tried monitoring in conventional and all i heard was buzzing noise. So they are running ESK just like San Antonio/Bexar County system

the "buzzing" is ProVoice digital communications, not necessarily an indicator of ESK.

if you can't lock the control channel, THAT"S esk.

Thanks for straightening me out on that. The system is fully up and running with all departments
