So I would like to raise the antenna but the kit came with 50 feet rg6. They warned on extending the length. Can I go 70 feet. That would help on the distance between them .

They probably have the amplifier gain set for a certain amount of cable loss. More cable = more loss and less performance. If you were going longer, you may need to use RG-11, which is larger and has less loss. Best thing to do would be to contact the manufacturer and see what they say.

The sold rf booster does turn off frequencies when it starts oscillating. And thanks for your responses. The solid RF says it does 60 Gain. I saw a booster the cel-fi go x g32 claims to do 100 gain. Is that legit.

Cel-Fi is one of the better brands. I'm not sure I'd trust the gain numbers 100%.

Unfortunately these things are not one size fits all. There's a ton of variables involved and trying to make a one size fits all, off the shelf solution for consumers doesn't always work well. If you are way out on the fringes, you may never get this to work correctly. They have to have some amount of good signal from the cell site to work. If that signal is not there in sufficient strength, you may be out of luck.

Starlink would be awesome but I'm only up there 10 times a year and I don't think I can move the starlink location to location
Starlink Roam is what you want for the location. Its cheap per month and can be shut off with no fee when your not there.

If you've got other neighbours close by, you might want to look at sharing a StarLink system. Our neighbours are full time residents and share their StarLink system with a ptp microwave link to a neighbouring cottage.
