County Wide Emergency Services

The County Wide Emergency Services DMR system was incorrectly added to Union County again. CWES is not permitted to operate in Union County, with all Rehab and Scene services provided by government agencies, as demonstrated when they were ordered to leave a fire in Roselle earlier this year by PD or face arrest. Additionally they have no radio assets in Union County and no affiliation in Union County. So why does it keep getting tied to a county the system has no affiliation to and is not used in?

Correct. Either have a physical transmitter within the county, or provide bonafide coverage within the county. In this case, since they are not permitted to operate within Union County, the fact that the transmitter(s) provides RF coverage inside parts of the county is incidental, and therefore the system should not and will not be listed in the county. It has been removed.

It seems, also, that their own website is down, and their Fakebook page has been inactive for about one month, from almost daily postings previously.

I am the Chief of County Wide Emergency Services we are a CANTEEN/ REHAB Unit we where never Almost Arrested or asked to leave a Fire Scene in Roselle we where Requested by their Office of Emergency Management we do have a Agreement in Union County with Departments to provide Canteen Services for them if they ask for us please stop spreading rumors or our Attorney will be in touch with you I dont know why our Radio System is coming up in there Data Base but stop saying stuff that's not true like getting kicked off a Fire Scene or that we don't go to Union County our Radio System is for our Department and they have it to talk to us when we go there and can use it to get in touch with us if they wish

I sincerely and publicly apologize for any inaccuracies or incorrect information. However, the system does not belong attached to the Union County portion of the database. Thanks to the database admins for correcting the issue. Now we can all move on.
