XPR CPS 2.0 - some channels won't delete, and if I can delete, it's the wrong channel

I have some radios programmed with CPS 2.0 and this is my first time working with it. I have copied over some contacts and zones from CPS 16. I need to delete some channels. Most of the time if I right-click, all of the options are greyed out, including delete. Sometimes if I scroll back and click on that channel, it gives me the option to delete. When I hit delete, it actually deletes an adjacent channel, not the channel I clicked on.

Has anyone else experienced this? I just want to see if it's a common issue or something with my machine or codeplug.

Left click on sideways triangle area to the very left of the channel. If it is now "active," the trashcan will change shades, and right click will allow delete
