I'm also hearing reports of a trooper getting hit on Highway 285 near the 167, it sounded like no serious injuries.

With significant snow on Mother's Day, not surprised. On I25, a near whiteout mid morning on the south side of Denver.

Evidently METCOM Engine 34 was involved in a non-injury accident on I-25 South of Castle Pines. Apparently CDOT and CSP had a disagreement about whether to close certain parts of the Highway. It sounds like there was a bit of confusion over the location and/or existence of certain accidents. I'm a bit confused on that one, because it sounded like Douglas County SO was handling lane closures before CSP even got there.
