In following with my posting of plans and such, I found that the CRCOG website itself has a plethera of information:
http://www.crcog.org/public_safety.htm
Items of interest are the CAPTAIN Mobile Data Communication System and the State of Connecticut Mass Decontamination Mobilization Plan. Some very interesting reading.
It helps not only to know what frequencies they are using, but also *what* they are doing... especially when it comes to "inside" acronyms and stages.
More interesting stuff can also be found here, again from the DEMHS:
http://www.ct.gov/demhs/cwp/browse.asp?a=1928&bc=0&c=18816&demhsPNavCtr=|#42960
Item of interest:
Model Local Emergency Operations Plan, Annex B "Communications" supplies ITAC/ICALL assignments by county.
