Crisp county Ga TRS P-25 Question

I have family in Cordele and programed the crisp county TRS that's in the database.

Using the search feature I found the following unknown talk groups not listed in the database

Talk Group 103 Law enforcement Unknown Agency
Talk Group 133 Encrypted
Talk Group 301 Law Enforcement Unknown Agency
Talk Group 414 Hosp to EMS
Talk Group 570 Fire Dispatch Unknown if County or City
Talk Group 600 Unknown maybe public works in the clear (not Encrypted)

Anyone have any info on these TG's

Anyone have any suggestions on what else to program in a 396T (APCO-25 Phase 1 scanner) when in Cordele

also if anyone has any info about the area it would be appreciated
maybe the # of fire stations or ems stations and their locations ETC.
