Crowd 1 talkgroup on EBRCS?

Was listening to Oakland police activity this morning that involved several agencies including ATF. They were searching for a common channel to use and, after a discussion of possibly using an SRS talkgroup, they switched everyone over to what sounded like "Crowd 1." I have not heard of this talkgroup. Anyone familiar with it?

Never heard of anyone reference that channel before. Was your radio in ID search mode to discover any unknown TGs. Keep an eye on it because ENC TGs only pop up for a split second.

I'll try to be prepared next time to search TGs. It seemed like a common group as chatter on other TGs, including Housing Authority PD, referenced the activity on Crowd 1.
