CS-R20 software - port probs

As I was looking through old scanner data files today, I stumbled across my programming software for my Icom R20. I thought that I had lost it when I changed desktop computers several years ago. Anyway, when I tried to load it onto my current PC, Windows 7 says that there is no driver.

Without the driver, I can't tell the CS-R20 program what port to look at.

I tried going to Device Manager > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for driver software > (point to file folder), but still, Windows insists that that there is no driver. Trying to let Windows search on the internet came up with nothing... is this device and the CS-R20 software simply too old for programming with a computer running Windows 7?
