CSP on 246t

I downloaded info from RF into 246t. for the CSP trunked system, but all I get is squelch type nise as if some is transmitting , but no voice. Help I use the ARC software and I am a donating member of RF.

You won't be able to receive CSP on your scanner cause they are digital and your radio is not.

MY mistake I thought they were analog
