at 930 AM the Sargent came on the Radio and said check your messages on your MDT under group chat, there is supposedly a radio upgrade being pushed out later today
Does anyone know what this is about? I know each troop has 3 channels the 3rd being encrypted, is it possible they are going to encrypt everything now? or might they be getting just a general upgrade?
