The Wiki has some ID's, however not the one you're looking for. No one has really written down Troop L Id's.
I personally only track local CSP State Trooper program units, ex Woodbury's UID's 168xxxx, Southbury 134xxxx and Oxford 108xxxx. Otherwise I would add it in, as I monitor and record Troop L in ProScan.

130 is southbury

correct though the constable radios would show the town tax code as the first 2 or 3 digits

Yep! That's correct.
1301xxx is Southbury Portable
1304xxx is Southbury Mobile
1081xxx is Oxford Portable
1084xxx is Oxford Mobile (They refer to Oxford units as "108" cars/units on A dispatch a lot rather than just the name on shift calls and such)
1681xxx ix Woodbury Portable
1684xxx is Woodbury Mobile

They few dispatch UIDs I have

There's more, and they may rotate. I have seen some consoles on multiple Troops dispatches before and theyve changed over time. Some of these may be out of date, L's and A's are accurate for sure.
