I am trying to use Win96 for the first time so am keeping the file simple and using channels for one bank. I have successfully downloaded from our Pro-2096 scanner but don't seem to be able to upload anything.

I created a .csv file with 5-fields (bank, #, Alpha Tag, Frequency and Rx Mode) and I THINK I am following directions but I must be missing a stupid little step.

When that didn't work, I even went so far as to create a CSV Data Set .txt file and removed the "bank" field but that didn't help either.

Does anyone have any helpful hints?

Thanks,

I am not sure why you are using CSV at all; however, use the software to load some stuff into a template, then export the template and you will have an example.

As to using CSV, you are a premium subscriber, why don't you just download from RR directly into the Win96 Template?
