I know the DOT freqs are plastered all over the internet, but I recently happened upon an article that seems to say the system was actually updated or expanded or something.... anyone know if this ever happened or have any more info?

The original document is missing, im still searching for it.
It lists the following frequencies:
TRANSMITTER
Channel One 47.38 MHz
Channel Two 47.30 MHz
Channel Three 47.12 Mhz
Channel Four 47.10 Mhz
CTCSS 146.2 Hz
RECEIVER
Channel 1 47.38 MHz
Channel 2 47.30 MHz
Channel 3 47.12 MHz
Channel 4 47.08 MHz
CTCSS 146.2 Hz
I wonder why channel 4 is different?
Anyways, online resources list 47.38 as the freq for my area, and it does seem to have traffic on it.
