What are these codes.I currently own the pro 95. Do I need the pro 96 to montior these codes.I live in San Bernadino county in so cal.

They are tones/codes that basically separate groups of users so they don't hear each other. I beleive the PRO-95 supports both, but I could be mistaken.

It does neither. The -95 does not allow for tones to be programmed. The -96 does.
