According to a reliable source, the CTEEP (a major electric utility in Sao Paulo, Brazil) is upgrading their current P25 TRS, to a new Phase II system by Motorola Solutions. I live in Brazil in São Paulo.

I'm almost certain that the military police already use a P25 Phase II encrypted system.

CTEEP still hasn't discovered its frequency.

I'm new to this, still learning and looking for possible listening frequencies, this is really cool lol
