You asked about "the current 11 meter cycle". There's no such thing.

They say a picture is worth 1000 words. The chart nd5y linked to couldn't make it more apparent where we are in the current solar cycle. If you follow the projected curve you'll see this cycle ends around or about 2034.. What don't you understand about it?

i didn't really look went back and did yea pretty simple
and it's an 11 meter cycle to me
