You're not going to find a list that consists solely of DMR/NXDN control channels for NC counties, nor would such a list do you much good. You need to look in the database to figure out what systems are out there, and what control channels are active at each specific site. Go to North Carolina, click on Trunked Systems, and sort by system type. That will give you an idea of what DMR/NXDN systems are in the state.

Note that not all DMR/NXDN systems use control channels. For DMR, only MOTOTRBO Connect Plus and Tier III (including MOTOTRBO Capacity Max) systems use control channels; for NXDN, only Kenwood NEXEDGE (4800 and 9600) and Icom IDAS Type C systems use control channels.

GTR has it right. Also, you can look under each county. If you look at the MODE column, you might see DMR or NXDN. Also, at the top of the county page there is a section called County Quick Jumps. Look under each section, especially the Businesses page. It looks like the county you live in, Chatham, doesn't have much, but the surrounding counties do.

To add to this, NXDN and DMR control channels, unlike P25, does not usually send a list of there channels being used

A second thing I wondered about that site, is. Does it list control channels?

This page: FleetTalk Carolinas Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies lists NXDN Control Channels. But I noticed, that. Lee County is no longer listed on the page.

If you look at the page you will see the sites and CC listed. AS for Lee Co I do not know, perhaps no one has verified and submitted it it or they determined it was not part of that system. There was a thread on FleetTalk search the forums (search top right corner) and read through it, maybe it will tell you more.

Sorry, I meant this page: NXDN Frequency Search Results

Not the RRDB page. The RRDB page used to have Lee County. The latest update on the RRDB doesn't list them, anymore.
