as I have this uniden sds 200 and it is on custom search here and does anybody know just what this 851.987500 mhz freqs is because is just stop on here and making a very loud whining and generator noise as that is all it is doing and no infor on it etc ?

Invest in a RR premium subscription so you can query the RRDB and look up your findings. Much easier than starting a post and waiting hours for a response IMHO
