Customs & Border Protection - MS Gulf Coast

I have been listening to some Customs & Border Protection on the Gulf Coast and have noticed some interesting things....

The border patrol frequency 163.6750 MHz (123.0 PL) is linked in to (simulcast-wise) 408.2500 MHz (192.8 PL). The 408 freq seems to have an input of 413.7500 MHz. I may be slightly mistaken, but in every situation the 413 freq seemed weaker to me than the 408 freq.

I would like to submit these frequencies to the DB, but not sure how to have them labeled/described. I mean, such as, is the UHF the main operating band and the VHF freq just a patch or vice-versa? Or maybe submitting them as CBP-VHF & CBP-UHF sufficient enough?

I just may be too detailed, but detail is helpful with the Feds and their systems (at times, they are odd lol)

I have also heard CBP on a common DEA freq in repeater operation. I know this doesnt necessarily mean they are "borrowing" a DEA frequency, but more of a simple frequency coordination by the federal gov't.

PS: I also see the Customs freq for Gulfport isn't posted in the DB, but I don't know if it is still correct. From what info I have, I currently have 169.4500 MHz as it. It may be outdated, but I have heard traffic (seems like simplex, but I will investigate to see if it is the input to the VHF one I mentioned above.)

I need to modify some details of what is above.

the 413 freq is NOT an input. I have deduced this statement due to the fact that there is a repeater/squelch tail heard on it as well as on the 408 freq

169.4500 for US Customs is still correct, and it is active. It is also a repeater. Most of the time they'll run encrypted, but every once in awhile one or both sides will be in the clear. A side note, several public address systems that use wireless microphones are on the exact same frequency. I have it programmed in and often I'd drive by a location where a wedding reception or some other kind of festive function was happening and could hear all of the audio going through the microphone.

Is the frequency still in use as of 2012?
