I HATE GRANHOLM. Her liberal politics caused this. Liberals never cared for Public Safety and they never ever will.

Engler may have been a crappy govenor but at least he never let prisioners out like Jenny is and he NEVER laid cops off. She is only doing this to choke the life out of the department and to revenge her not getting her ways in Lansing.

I think I'm going to go yell at the photographers wife for him taking a crappy picture :D Yes I work with her. lol

Gov. Engler was no knight in shining armor either! I remember when the federal government was offering Michigan billions of dollars to repair our roads, and bridges. There was only one requirement, Engler has to submit a plan on how the money would be spent. He sat on his ass for several months, ignoring warnings that the window of opportunity was about to expire and he would sacrifice all that money. That is exactly what he did!

Add to that, Gov. Engler closed numerous mental health care hospitals, and facilities, and literally just put those sick people out on our streets with no where to go. Could explain a lot of the resulting crime, and death that came after.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a big fan of Granholm either. But the bulk of problems Michigan has today, she inherited from Engler. Added to that, all the job outsourcing that Michigan has been doing, especially in the auto industry, causing us to loose jobs here, has been encouraged, and financially rewarded by the Bush administration.

I didn't like the job Engler did, and I don't like the job Granholm is doing. It has nothing to do with Democrats, or Republicans.
