Dallas Morning News?

I think I am hearing the press people for the Dallas Morning News right now on 464.9250 PL 173.8. They are talking about printing presses and paper and a bunch about different loading docks. Now with checking the license on the FCC web page it looks like they have an control point on W Plano Pkwy. Would anyone know if this is where they print off the newspaper and could maybe someone confirmed what I am hearing is the DMN.

That is weird how some newspapers have radios? I work in the pressroom print newspapers our plant don't have radios LOL. Might be something like security or someone walks around checking on things. Is it a repearter *hear both sides*? or could be a trunking system like LTR.

Can't be a LTR as you will not get a PL tone.. and the license I believe is an IG type.. if it was trunked it would be I think YG or something to that nature. From what I have been hearing and I think there are a couple others active it sounds like printer press operations. This one is definately not security. It is licensed as a repeater (469.9250) but I don't hear anything on the upside. I am probably too far to hear in the input side.

When I first started scanning the Dallas area I got that Freq.(464.9250) and thought it was a channel for WFAA News,but soon found out it is the newspaper.............
