sorry i dont understand
That's exactly the issue. What you want for what you are willing to pay does not exist.

There's no free software that's going to analyze just about any digital signal and tell you what it is. That's up to you to do with basic RF analysis tools (spectrum analyzer, etc), listening to it and whatever else.

If you don't know what it is and you aren't willing to put the time in to figure it out you will not get what you want. If it was easy you would already have your answer.

Instead of asking everyone to do the work for you, you may have to actually dig into it yourself. Compare what you are hearing with known samples. If you have an idea as to what the format is, then try to find some technical docs to help you break it down. Nobody is going to pop up with a magical 'all formats signal decoder' that will tell you what type of signal it is, then decode it and tell you what it means.

Yes id to it and when i use a decoder for the signal nothink happened. Someone here look at the Signal and say the Sound are sililar but not the signal them self. So what should i do then?
There can i find some Technical Docs for a unknown Signal?!

And I'll answer again.. It could be just about anything. Why do you need to know so badly? Plus nobody is going to know anything from a screen shot. How about some useful information like... Your location, the frequency you are listening to and an audio sample. Have you checked anywhere to see who the frequency is licensed to?

The Answer is YES!
There is nothink where i could finde some information who are not 20 Years old.
Its on a "Company Frequency Band" so it could be anythink. So i will make an Audio Sample and upload it a little later.

Well it's almost certainly not a voice signal......it doesn't sound like a mainstream digital transmission format.
It sounds more like a data telemetry signal.
