data burst in sherbrook???

i was driving around sherbrook with my scanner and i found this

414.5375 is a frequency owned by Hydro Quebec in the Sherbrooke Area.

ahh ok, thought it might have been police data or something

how did u find that one cus i didnt see anything in the database, unless u have another site to look up frequencies that im not aware of D:
