Database information correction

I just noticed that the information for ACC is incorrect. Here is a direct link:

The mode listed should be AM, however it is listed as FM.

Yeah, my bad. I'm trying to do some significant work on the DB this week, so I'll attack that stuff too. You'll see it in the separate parts of the DB as well.. somehow my mind got VHF/UHF vs AM/FM mixed up for milair freqs. Sorry folks.

I'm done (for now) a signficant dump of data into the database. I entered, as agencies, as many counties as I had any information for. I could have continued endlessly with the airport data, but my eyes have started getting square.
