Database layout for Icom IC-Q7A?

I am told that we have to open the RadioReference
data file in a spreadsheet and then move the fields
around to match the Q7A layout.

The Q7A database layout is not in the manual.

Can someone share what are the fields, their
order, their size, and their type, please?
