Davis PD is working a shooting in the south area of town.

One victim confirmed down inside a motel. Participating agencies:

Davis PD on duty + recall
West Sacramento
Yolo SO
CHP (H20)
UC Davis

Active channels:

Davis TRS - DPD DSP1 has all units on the manhunt + outside agency

Yolo SO TAC (155.5950) is comlinked to DSP1
At one point CLEMARS was also patched
Some units also using SO Primary, not patched

H20 has left the area due to weather, STAR5 is enroute from Mather. Some traffic on 132.125

I have a crew at the scene and just got an update. The PIO is being briefed right now but what we have is a 20 year old woman shot multiple times by ex-boyfriend at the Motel 6 on Chiles and Mace. She is in very critical condition at UCDMC. More to come as soon as the PIO talks to us.

Also patched to WSP 2 (64976) on the SRRCS.

Sounds like they broke down the perimeter, I am trying to find out if they caught the guy or not.

My reporter is saying they are telling her he is still outstanding but they are slowing down the search due to weather and will pick it back up as soon as the rain slows down.
