Hello RR,

Quick Question: DC filter should fully stop DC as in reading 0 on the multi meter, black on shield, red on center.
Got a DC filter and look to be bleeding DC, while testing I see the voltage slowly drop to around 0.3v and than hover +/- 0.05v.
When I remove the power from the active device the polarity inverse and start bleeding down also. This is probably from what was stored in the active device.

Thanks

Figured out that I need a equipment connected to close the circuit for the filter to work properly.
