The Broadcastify info for the DC Police stream reads something like "This audio is now encrypted and can no longer be heard" yet it shows there are 30 listeners. Do these listeners know something that I do not know? Or are they just oblivious and wasting their time? Sure would like to hear any altercations between bikers and muslims today...

All district talkgroups are encrypted.The feed is monitoring the citywide talkgroup which is not encrypted.
I listened for about 30 minutes and heard nothing. Guess I will try again...
