2 men were testing radio coverage in some subway - on TG 167 - Unified Comm Center 2 - Tuesday and Weds Dec 3 and 4 2019

not sure if 490 T or 700 T - I heard the radio traffic via openmhz.com - the feed that has DCFD traffic - and other city agencies

Sounds like it was testing on the DC system if it was TG167. The WMATA 700 system won't be up for 2 more years, however I *think* that the new antenna system in the subway tunnels will carry numerous local systems.

I think the DC OUC techs (or WMATA techs) have been testing on the UCC talkgroups for a better half of last year.
