I was listening to a operation on 154.920(DCI) today. They said "going to channel 3". Any idea what channel 3 is? Or perhaps a code meaning they are shutting thier radio off?

Depending on what time you heard it and where, i have a feeling it was a GID on RACOM.

HmmI was thinking it might have been a LEIN talkgroup but that was much earlier this afternoon. Dont you wish they would just say the frequency to haha
