I noticed about 2 weeks ago the Public Safety system, which I normally get RSSI's from 350 to 450 started getting choppy, sometimes dropping down to 150 or so. It happens on both my scanners at home and also when I go mobile and when I connect to my antenna at work. Right now NCCPD just went from 402 (nice and clear) to 162 (choppy). On the other hand DOT was just real clear with an RSSI of 82, yes...82. Got me scratchin'... Anyone else have the same problem?
