ProScan: Deactivation on a bad computer?

My desktop computer had a hard drive crash, won't boot at all to deactivate the proscan license.
I now need to activate on the new desktop, can the first key be removed so I can? The second activation is installed on a laptop.

I had a similar situation. Sent Bob an email & he handled promptly.
