If I am scanning by ID search and a new tag shows up, is there a way I can see a list of who the tag is,
like 30000 shows but no other information.

You need to provide more information.
Is this a talkgroup ID or radio ID?
Is this a trunked system or conventional P25 system?

If this is a trunked system and you are talking about talkgroup IDs, remember that the trunked system talkgroups listed in the database are ONLY the ones that have been identified and submitted by the users. The database is just the tip of a large iceberg. Most systems will have many unknown talkgroups. When a random new talkgroup ID shows up you have to identify it yourself if it isn't in the database.

I have 711 2c7 D HCCO4 Disp 1 Precinct 4 - Dispatch 1 on a fav list. When it stop
it does show 711 Precinct 4 etc, now some time when it is in ID search it stops on something
like 1227 with no information, so I was looking if there was a list for the P25 in Houston
that would show 1227 the information as to who it was, PD, Fire, Ems and the dept name. I
know it is a long shot. I thank I just have to look down the list of every name that is listed in
RadioReference until I fine 1227 listed.

I'm presuming that you are speaking of this system:
Texas Wide Area Radio Network (TxWARN) (P25) Trunking System, Various, Texas - Scanner Frequencies

Go to the database page.
Now, scroll down just below the sight listings, to the bold-faced header System Talkgroups.
Click on "List All in one table".

That will display all the talkgroups in numerical order. You'll see that 1227 is a Metrolift channel. You are seeing the 1227, with no information, because it is not in your Favorites list. In ID Search mode, you will see all active talkgroups that are not locked out (avoided is the term used for the HP series scanners), or in a group or department that is not locked out. If the TGID is in your Favorites list, you'll see the text tag entered. Otherwise, you'll only see the TGID.
