Not sure if anyone else was monitoring but DeKalb's DTRS was down this morning for a short while. The Fire Dispatcher put out a voice alert to this effect prior to entering "FAIL SOFT" mode so it sounded as though it was a planned event. I was driving and not able to search for any FAIL SOFT frequencies- does anyone know DeKalb's FAIL SOFT frequency assignments for Fire and Police?
