Delaware County programming help

I'm using Sentinel software to program a uniden scanner for my mom that worked and for some reason she hit a button and it quit working. would somebody help me get a hpe file for Delaware County so I can reprogram that for her? She wants to hear EMS, Sheriff's, city cops, fire Department, Tactical. Basically the Emergency Services without all the other stuff. About the only time I do this is when she needs help, so I'm not really sure on how to do it and make sure she hears everything she wants

I have updated it for Sentinel and added the Hoosier safety in Delaware County and that is all underneath underneath the Hoosier Safe T and I write the scanner but it never says anything

The flood took out their transmitters. You might try one of the sounding towers, I'm using Andersons.

Anyone know if the towers have been fixed yet or a way to find out? Seems like it's been plenty of time to get them fixed or replaced

Depending on the damage, it could take months to rebuild that site. Discussion in the SAFE-T thread about using other sites to turn Delaware County into a simulcast site.
