One doesn't delete a username without backend access.

The feed is active so a computer you have access to that's feeding it will have the info needed. I would suggest opening a ticket on broadcastify and asking for the username so you can recover the password.

I have done that & Cannot open Broadcastify Premium to do that now
it went into the will do basket some months ago.
I have no Broadcastify feed access only saved proscan login details that conects automaticlly
Proscan doesnt show password
No log in to broadcastify with old user name
I log into broadcastify with this user name not a premium account How do I open a ticket?

Tell them your feed name and that you don't know your username and need a password reset.
I doubt they'll tell you the username that it is, but they should have an option to have you reset your password via email. Also if you know your email, I believe you can forgot password with the email also.

Is this not Broadcasify Admin thread?
I have tried every thing you have suggested
Is comes back as no such user
As stated I deleted the user name
The user name was Slylingus
My new user name is Pocket1965
I shouldn’t have to pay for premium broadcastify to get this sorted out I can’t login to broadcastify to get ask or look for assistance there.

The stream is
FRV, CFA, & SES Northern Victoria
The credentials are saved in proscan
Is there someone that can help here please
Or can you give me someone to contact

This is all i get.
And no return email to pasword reset to assosiated email address

It appears the OP disabled his old account (members can’t “delete” an account). That’s why you can still see it.

I’d suggest sending an email to support@radioreference.com and explaining what transpired.

Early in the morning, Password already is in the clear in #1. I made #2 to show in the clear just now.

Proscan is just getting better and better not related to this thread but is it supposed to drop the feed out when i update the data base file, it does every time i update disconects i assumed it was somthing to do with checks on what streamed\

What's the scanner type?
Updating the ProScan database file shouldn't cause the feed to drop out. Uploading the data to the scanner will cause an interruption.

It will update while stream conected then after reboot stays conected for 30 seconds or so.
Then I get not allowed on non conected sockets or a similar error
I will take a screen shot this week

The scanner is pushing the audio to ProScan then to Broadcastify. It reconnected after the scanner booted up. That's the way it works using the 536 Wi-Fi and 200 Ethernet.
